- What is the minimum number of properties for out
of state inspections and marketing campaigns?
- We prefer 60 properties for out of state inspections/marketing
however our company is willing to work with you to get your needs addressed.
- How long does
it take to get the reports uploaded to the asset managers?
- Reports will be submitted within 24 hours after we visit
the property.
- Does your estimate include travel expenses?
- There are no other expenses that you will
be billed for. However, certain properties outside of a 75 mile radius from the center property will be billed differently.
- When will I have access to the Mystery Shoppers report?
- Mystery Shoppers submit their reports the
evening that they visit the property.

are your hours?
- We are availible for contact between 8am-5pm MST 7 days a week.
- Do
you charge for estimates?
- Estimates are done at no cost to you. We just need a list of the properties.

- You are able to
